Our unique offering is the 4P Project Management Method.   This project management methodology has been developed based on our many years of project management experience across a wide range of industries and types of project, from pharmaceuticals to IT to major international volunteering events.  We know it works because we have proved it in many fields.  The 4P Method is deceptively simple and easy to remember, but is fully scaleable from straightforward to highly complex projects.  We provide training in three levels - 4P Fundamentals, 4P Consolidation and 4P Masterclass.

What's different about the 4P Project Management Method?

The training teaches a straightforward, effective and proven methodoloogy which can be used on large scale complex projects or on simpler projects, formulated based on years of experience of planning and managing projects.   It is practical and implements all aspects of project management.   It is simple yet structured.   It is easy to remember - 4 Ps.  4 is the answer to all questions - eg 4 phases; each phase 4 questions and 4 tasks.   Unlike some industry standard methodologies, the 4P Project Management Method does not require heavy project documentation - there are only 4 documents. The 4P approach can incorporate any company's policies and processes - you do not have to reinvent the wheel.  Participants bring their own project to the training and work is completed on it - they leave the training with an action list of what to do next.


We know you may want tried and tested industry standard Project Management methods, so we also provide training courses in Prince2 and PMBOK leading to recognised qualifications.
