Our unique offering is the 4P Project Management Method.   This project management methodology has been developed based on our many years of project management experience across a wide range of industries and types of project, from pharmaceuticals to IT to major international volunteering events.  We know it works because we have proved it in many fields.  The 4P Method is deceptively simple and easy to remember, but is fully scaleable from straightforward to highly complex projects.  We provide training in three levels - 4P Fundamentals, 4P Consolidation and 4P Masterclass.  See course descriptions for details.

We know you may want tried and tested industry standard Project Management methods, so we also provide training courses in Prince2 and PMBOK leading to recognised qualifications.    

Complementary to Project Management training, we provide excellent courses in Financial Management and Strategic Management to further develop the skills of your project management team, or others in your organisation.
